Studio of 28 m2 on the 8th floor of a beautiful residence (Les Fibières, 9 floors) with elevator, a beautiful terrace and the unobstructed view of the Vars pass. Very well located in a quiet location and close to the Point Show (200 m) where the cinema, shops, restaurants and ski school are located. With direct access to the slopes, it is possible to pick up your pass directly by ski. A private parking, with free space, are available. Once you've arrived, no need for your vehicle.

Point Show side, this is the best location in the resort to enjoy skiing in winter or the mountains in summer.
