This cottage WITHOUT electricity, offers you the desired comfort by being totally independent. Wood heating, refrigerator, stove and hot water are functional with propane gas and lights thanks to 12 volt batteries. Skiing, snowshoeing and walking are possible on this 270-acre land. Located in a picturesque village and close to all amenities, the house has private access to Lake Aylmer which is navigable. It can host 2-3 families or a group of friends. You'll enjoy the pedal boat, kayaks, and fishing rods. A corner of the house is dedicated to board games and reading. On the second floor of the house, a loft has been converted. Everything is there, full and private kitchen and bathroom. Small balcony overlooking the church steeple and the village. The displayed price is for 2 people. If you want to have the office/bedroom you must enter number of people 3 to get the adjusted price. You can also add this extra once you arrive.
