Had a lovely stay. The accommodation matches the photos: very spacious, carefully decorated, impeccable and above all extremely well equipped: both for cooking (utensils, appliances, etc.) and for relaxing, with an excellent internet connection and a huge TV. The accommodation is ideally located in a secure complex, close to the hotels of Gosier. Beaches are within 5 minutes, shops nearby, as well as a bakery and several fast food restaurants. The airport is only 20 minutes away by car. The host and their team were super responsive and friendly (late arrival and early departure). Small downside: the complex pool is reserved for hotel guests. That said, it's a small detail compared to the overall quality of the accommodation. My favorite moment? Wake up with a sea view, without leaving the bed, simply by raising the blinds with the remote control. A real break of happiness. Recommended!

What a wonderful place! When we arrived, we were greeted with a Planter (local drink). The apartment was perfect and comfortable. What can I say about the view of the pool and the sea!!! It's perfect to rest. The place is very well soundproofed, you can't hear any noise at night. Plus, there's air conditioning in the bedrooms. We found it very convenient to have two full bathrooms when there are 4 of us. Secure place thanks to a barrier with code to enter the parking lot. Within walking distance, you have the grocery store, several bakeries, pizza, local vendors, etc.! Communication with Thierry was impeccable.

This accommodation is of very high quality both for the comfort of the bed and the quality of the appliances. It is located in a green setting with a swimming pool available. Francesca and Jean-Claude are hosts with beautiful human qualities, warm and always very sensitive to our well-being. Property to be highly recommended.

Excellent stay. The listing was a perfect fit, located in a private residence, peaceful (albeit a little old-fashioned). We had a slight apprehension about the water outages, but water bottles were available to make up for it, which was very appreciated. The mobile network was sometimes weak inside (especially shutters closed), which asked me for some organization for remote work, but getting through my calls was also an opportunity to enjoy the sea air. Thank you again for hosting us and for a pleasant experience!

In addition to the accommodation that met our expectations and the description of the listing, we also extremely appreciated the kindness and the relationship made easy by Jean Charles, both before arrival and during our stay. He knows how to be attentive to our needs while being non-intrusive. Despite the fact that our stay was quite short, he was able to create this friendly relationship by advising us, offering us visits, telling us the story of Guadeloupe and his own story, inviting us to his home for an aperitif and small touches. A real human discovery. In terms of accommodation, air-conditioned, ideally located, easy to park and visit the island, we particularly appreciated its electrical autonomy during the general power outage on the island. We recommend it and will not hesitate to return during another stay.

Very nice accommodation, cozy, pleasant, open with an incredible view of the Gosier Island and Soufriere if it is clear! The host and concierges are very available, accommodating, kind and responsive. We were hosted very well. The accommodation matches the description and photos and is perfectly located at Le Gosier to enjoy the beach of La Datcha (<10min walk) Several shops are nearby as well. Just wow! Our stay at Villa Manate in Gosier was beyond our expectations. The villa is beautiful, a haven of peace combining luxury, comfort and design. Everything is thought of in every detail: large swimming pool with bar, outdoor lounge area (ideal for an aperitif), rooftop jacuzzi, LED lights and light games, functional spaces all tastefully decorated. A huge thank you to Magalie, the host, who is very thoughtful and always available. When we arrived, an aperitif was waiting for us, and we even got a super complete breakfast basket: an attention that makes all the difference! This corner of paradise is the ideal place for a stay with family, friends or simply as a couple. In short, it's a 10/10, we leave conquered, rested, and we recommend this villa without a second thought!
