Beautiful luxury apartment 1 min walk from the lagoon

The apartment is completely refurbished with very cozy decor. The furniture is also new. The sofa bed is a great permanent bed. The bed and mattress are of excellent quality. Guests can take advantage of the terrace for lunch or eat on the go in the kitchen. The apartment is wonderfully located, at the foot of a pedestrian square that leads to the Ermitage lagoon. Supermarket, bakery, ice cream parlors and shops are a stone's throw away. An ideal setting.

You'll appreciate my place for the location and ambiance. It is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families (with children).
