This place is amazing!! Beautifully restored and it instantly felt like home. WiFi wasn’t working during my stay although I wasn’t there much to really even need it.

We had a nice stay. The house is small, but it was comfortable. It was nice to have a fenced yard so my dogs could run around. The neighborhood was quiet, even on New Year’s Eve.

A wooden dresser with a slatted design is topped with neatly arranged toiletries and white towels. Two towels are folded on either side, while several bottles and soap bars are displayed prominently, providing essential amenities for guests.

I loved Joni and her place made me feel at peace. It reminded me of my grandmother’s home who died on my birthday. It was such a great experience, after the long 4-month ordeal experienced being homeless from environmental health concerns of the rental house and code enforcement’s involvement caused a much needed remodel. As a girl, I thought a coat of paint was satisfactory—lesson learned. But being at Joni’s hosted property was the most special time I have had through this and the roommate boarder (Rae) was such an angel. Rae showed me how to not be so obsessed and calm down and relax and practice self-care, as I am an adult in graduate school for counseling. Joni was the perfect host! She was remarkable, kind, approachable, and easy to talk to, and made this experience what it was. Thank you to Rae and Joni for all you have done for me. I will never forget you!

The house is very bright and cheerful. Nice big windows let in a lot of sunlight. There is not a lot of cooking equipment but there are very good restaurants within walking distance and Doordash delivers. The neighborhood looks a little rough around the edges...still being revitalized. But it is very quiet and peaceful. Nice yard for the furr babies!
