The communication with the hosts was fantastic! They were always quick to respond and super helpful, which made our stay so much smoother. The room itself was clean and tidy, and we were pleasantly surprised by the newly updated bathroom – it felt like a little slice of luxury! One of the best parts was the location. It was so convenient, being close to shops and the beach. Perfect for a couple or even just a single traveler. We were there for a stopover on our way to the Gold Coast, and it couldn't have been more ideal. If you’re looking for a cozy place to stay, I highly recommend this spot. It was a lovely little retreat!

Belongil is without a doubt one of the very best locations in Byron and Scott and Mark are great hosts. From the property you can hear the waves and the birds, it’s so peaceful and comfortable. Walk into central Byron, along the beach, in less than ten minutes. Scott’s property is excellent value for money, super comfortable and clean, and is dog friendly with a secure yard. Perfect!

Christine & Andy were wonderful hosts! They responded quickly and clearly to all of our questions and were very welcoming ☺️ We will definitely recommend their place to friends and family and will likely come back ourselves 💕

Wonderful location - A flat has been converted into a terrific modern beachfront apartment. Fantastic location & well thought out design. Highly recommended for a family holiday, lots of room for children to run around and easy access to the beautiful beach. Look forward to returning. Julie

A great stay. Timber everywhere is gorgeous. Beds comfortable, plenty of space, rear deck quiet and private, kitchen easy to use and everything in place. Lots of kitchenware. Whole property really clean, light and airy. Location wise easy walking - we didn't use the car once. About 5-10 mins to main street, less to get to the beach.

Spacious and very comfortable. I would have liked to have more time there and can imagine coming back for another visit. Deborah was very friendly and helpful at check in🙏

The host is amazing and responds fast, check in/out was easy, and the apartment is super clean, nice, and cozy! Right across from the beach, too! :)

We really loved the location of Sammi's place, super close to shops, beach front and restaurants/cafes. Plenty to do, but also a great spot to relax and watch the waves roll in. Everything was accounted for and we felt right at home as soon as we stepped through the doors. Definitely recommend this gem and will return!

Unbelievable place and unbelievable location! The hosts have thought of every detail. From board games to the coolcabana we forgot to pack. Super comfy beds too! Couldn't ask for more!

Margy and Graham are exceptional hosts — responsive, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The space itself is much larger and more open than it appeared in the photos, which was a pleasant surprise. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It's just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to head out barefoot for a relaxing stroll along the shore. Treehouse, located only 200 metres away, is a great spot to enjoy live music and pizza on a Friday evening. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a laid-back coastal getaway.

Great place! We didn’t use the bbq and pool as it was raining but the house itself was perfect for 6 people. Walking to the town was taking us about 24 mins, however, ubers were readily available in the area. The house was in a peaceful location.

Absolutely magical. This special house makes you feel right at home as soon as you walk thru the door. We didn’t want to leave. The location is absolutely divine. Perfect position - positioned like an eyrie above Wategos Beach - we loved sitting on the balcony watching the ever changing sea and surfing scene. Plentiful whales and dolphins were an added bonus! Jane’s place is private and has everything one needs. Not flash but extremely comfortable and thoughtfully presented and equipped. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

We’ve stayed here before and keep coming back because it’s just such a calm and comfortable space. The apartment is well located and has everything you need - including a large kitchen - and is beautifully decorated. We had easy communication with John and there are straightforward check-in instructions. Couldn’t ask for better!

We spent some beautiful days at the Tallow Beach Houses, appreciate the fast and direct communication, nice and calm location, with great amenities and plenty of toys for our two year old to play with. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area!

Lenny’s escape has been meticulously put together, it’s comfortable, quiet and in a great location just back from the beach and a short drive to Byron. The kitchen has more than you’ll need, making it easy to knock together anything you desire. We will definitely be back and can’t recommend Lenny highly enough for her hospitality and quality of property.

Gavin and Julianne greeted us and made sure we were comfortable. The unit was beautiful , spotlessly clean, with thoughtful amenities and breakfast items. The bed and lounge very comfortable. Gorgeous location and walks to the beach so close, and a shoe walk to the bus stop. We loved our stay here, thank you Julianne and Gavin!

We absolutely loved our stay! Such a magnificent (semi secret) location and spoilt with sensational weather, expansive views and the beach at our doorstep. We loved exploring local Ballina spots and the really spectacular coastal walks with abundant dolphin spotting! A really restorative getaway and very accomodating & helpful hosts. Fab!

Had a great stay in Byron Bay! The space was well equipped with everything we needed to base ourselves in Byron for 5 nights. Well equipped kitchen with everything we needed to cook when we felt like it. The place is beautifully decorated, calm and relaxing, despite being in the heart of town. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!
