Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

The neighborhood is very cute, peaceful, and centrally located. We walked to a concert at the Hollywood Bowl and it was so much easier than dealing with the crazy parking and traffic at the venue. Enjoyed sitting next to the pool with coffee in the morning looking at the lovely garden and hummingbirds. It’s a great spot and would recommend for anyone visiting the area.

We had an amazing stay at this home. We stayed with my sister, her husband, and their two kids, and the space was perfect for our group. The house is incredibly spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was a huge hit—great for relaxing and letting the kids burn off some energy. Inside, there were tons of games that kept everyone entertained, and the massive TV made for awesome movie nights. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the layout made it easy to hang out together while still having our own space. The host was responsive and made check-in a breeze. Overall, it was the perfect family-friendly spot in a great location. We’d absolutely stay here again!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Tarik’s Airbnb. It truly felt like a home away from home. Tarik was very responsive, flexible, and professional throughout the entire process, even when a small hiccup occurred on my end. The pool and jacuzzi were perfect for my group, and the patio speakers were a great bonus. Beds were comfortable, and the space was totally worth the price. Thank you again for having me, Tarik!

Ari’s place is fantastic. I sat out in the patio every morning listening to birds and having coffee. Nice quiet cul de sac. House was exactly as photos represented. Amenities and kitchen and bathrooms were resort level. Great place and I’ll be back! Thanks Ari.

The house is so close to lax airport and was very close to my aunts house. Soooooo many amenities in the house! Pool was refreshing, lots of comfortable patio furniture, comfortable beds, lots of games, books, many movies. Maria was so prompt to answer questions (thank you so much)!! Would stay here again without a doubt!! ❤️

From the very beginning, Komaki was nothing short of amazing. She was incredibly gracious, responded immediately to our inquiry, and even accommodated a small change without hesitation. We had been in a tough spot after a major issue with a Vrbo rental left us stranded—the property was uninhabitable, and Vrbo’s resolution process was extremely disappointing. In a last-minute scramble, I turned to Airbnb and found Komaki. Within three hours, we were checked in and finally able to breathe easily. The home was perfect, and everything went smoothly from that moment on. Komaki truly saved our trip to California, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and kind host!

Very comfortable space, there was no ace but plenty of fans provided!

We had a great stay at Hector’s place. Close to the airport and main highways, good amenities, nice safe neighborhood and very close to Sofi and new arenas.

The home is spacious and was ideal for six adults and five children visiting from Northern California to go to Disneyland & visit with LA based family.

We stayed at this casita for 4 days and felt at home. Luis and his family were very responsive and thoughtful! They left snacks on the table for us to enjoy throughout the stay. There were a few toiletries in the bathroom, which thank goodness cause I forgot our toothbrushes and toothpaste. They also provide body soap, shampoo and conditioner in the shower which was a plus. The gate was very easy to figure out and made us feel secure. We were even left a fob which made coming and going that much easier. I would recommend this place to a couple or a small family as it is smaller than expected yet still nice and cozy. It was perfect for us two. :)

Elder Place provided a wonderful, cozy atmosphere with numerous excellent restaurants nearby. Its proximity to SoFi Stadium and other attractions was also a significant advantage. I would certainly book again.

Me and the fellas have an annual trip to LA for Summer Game Fest and Jay’s spot was perfect for our trip this year. Clean, spacious, and lots to do in the house. Nice outside space to kick it and the sauna was the frosting on the cake. 10/10 of stay again and again. Jay was always very welcoming and responsive. Don’t walk, RUN to book this spot! Thanks for having us South Carolinians!

We come in as a quick ride with 8 people, and this place was what we needed for a quick stop and spend the weekend togeter, will totally recommend. Just keep in mind there's only 1 bathroom (beautiful bathroom to be fair) but I didn't read it until we got there so imagine organizing 8 people to use it hahaha but honestly 10/10

We had a great stay at Teresa’s home for our wedding weekend. I booked the house for my family, and it was clean, spacious, and just as pictured. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and communication was easy throughout. We briefly met the hosts on our last day, and they were super nice. We truly enjoyed our time there. Thank you so much for hosting such a beautiful home. This place is highly recommended!

10/10 ! This is probably one of the best properties I have ever stayed in. The place is beautiful l and she literally has everything you can think of to laundry detergent to Q tips. I have zero complaints. I’m already planning to come back. The area was quiet and peaceful. Everything was clean. Literally perfect and absolutely stunning. The host is extremely gracious.

I loved loved loved this Air Bnb I let the hosts Arthur and Anthony know that It was my graduation and they made sure to make my graduation special! The inside was beautiful and it smelled so good! The pictures were exactly as described. The host make sure you have every single amenity you can think of plus extra towels and a washer and dryer for your clothes. They answered all my questions in a timely manner and anything I needed they made sure to have it! I loved my stay and thank you Anthony and Arthur for making my graduation special! Very cozy home with lots of room for 6 of us. The kitchen was stocked with all the dinnerware & appliances we needed to cook. The bathrooms & bedrooms were clean, & body & beach towels were available to us. We did find a few roaches a couple of times, but they were dead so it seems they’re actively working on that problem. Make sure you read the description, the listing mentions no AC; but there are fans to keep you cool. Location-wise, it was relatively central to our main attractions: LAX, Santa Monica, downtown LA.
