Vacation rentals with a patio in Lempa

The property in Elysia Park is great for exploring Paphos and the surrounding streets. You can walk to the promenade in about 15 minutes. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. It is also very quiet there and the complex is very nice.

From when we booked to when we departed Nitzan was always available if required. The apartment is set in a lovely block with communal pool, 5 minutes from the beach and restaurants on King of Tombs road. Used the local buses to get to coral beach and the town centre which has more lovely restaurants. Weather was fantastic and we could not have asked for more. We have just returned from a wonderful holiday staying at this apartment. We were a family of 4 adults and a baby and space was plentiful. The apartment was perfect, with a lovely balcony for morning coffee or evening cocktails. It was clean and tidy and very well equipped with everything you could want in a holiday stay. The beds were extremely comfortable perfect for a good nights sleep after exploring all day. The surrounding grounds were beautiful and the pool area clean with lots of sunbeds for lazy pool days. local shops/supermarket and the beach only a 15 minute walk away. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone wanting a home from home experience with great facilities in a quiet, friendly location. The host communicated well and was helpful and professional, even leaving us a little food package as we arrived late in the evening which was a lovely touch. Thank you for a wonderful stay we will definitely be returning again.

beautifully renovated apartment, spotlessly clean, extremely helpful hosts. washing machine and airer/drying rack on balcony were great appreciated the bottle of wine on arrival, as well as bread, butter, jam and water - a thoughtful touch which meant i didn't have to head out to the supermarket straight away convenience store 2 mins walk away, full supermarket 10 minutes walk close to archaeological sites, eateries/bars and waterfront - all in walkabout distance. I was especially grateful when host helped me out with a phone call in Greek when I needed assistance. Full marks for this stay. highly recommended.

Michael apartment is exactly what you need. Sleeps 6 in, has 3 toilets which is always a plus. Extremely clean and spacious. Lovely veranda. We had a lovely stay and most definitely will look for availability when we will be back. Thank you Michael for having us. Kind regards.

The Villa was beautiful with great amenities and plenty of space. We visited as a family of 5 and booked very last minute, the Villa Group were very responsive and accommodating in getting the villa ready at such short notice. Stunning views that took our breath away. Everything exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable experience!”

Just returned from a 1 week stay. Check in instructions sent a few days before and Anna was kind enough to arrange a taxi transfer for us. The villa is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The pool is much bigger than it looks in photographs. The villa itself was in a perfect location with a number of restaurants, supermarkets and the kings avenue mall all within walking distance. Tea for two which is a two minute walk a way was one of our favourites. There was further construction work nearby although we couldn’t hear any noise and didn’t affect our stay. Anna was contactable during our stay and responded straight away. We already looking at future dates to return.

We were very happy to be guests at Emmanouel's and felt very comfortable. A very nicely furnished apartment with style and good amenities. Very comfortable, everything we needed was there. The location is a bit off the beaten track in a quiet location with wonderful views! Having a private pool is fun! Absolutely recommended

A lovely flat in a beautiful setting. The flat was as described, plus a large veranda. It was easy to find (it’s listed on google maps), and Yiannis was responsive and helpful. Vouni Panagia is just across the road, where you can do a very reasonably-priced wine-tasting with great Cypriot wines. We walked part of the Vouni Nature Trail, which was also spectacular.

The room was clean and we had everything we needed plus there is a shop downstairs which was very practical. Nikos was a super friendly host who gave us recommendations for what to do in Paphos, he answered my messages within 5 minutes and always tried to help.

We had a great time with a friend and our pets,which is important for us! Very beautiful place, trails, mountain ranges, vineyards, and much more! The stunning starry sky and silence immerse you in lightness and oblivion from the hustle and bustle of the city! Very good-natured hosts! We got a little lost at the beginning, and Michalina met us and escorted us to the place of residence!We were also treated to fresh eggs and fruits, which we enjoyed! Delight and only! We will definitely be back! Thank you!

The villa is absolutely wonderful. Lots of thought and style in the external space plus some wonderful features inside. Kyriacos went above and beyond to make us feel very welcome and at home in the villa with some lovely thoughtful extras. He was also very proactive in sending though information about the villa as we got closer to our holiday. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable. The roof terrace gives the opportunity to see some fabulous sunsets. We would highly recommend this place for a peaceful quiet holiday. Although there is current ongoing building activity in the area it is hardly noticeable when sitting around the pool or inside the villa. Car is highly recommended as it is a way out of town or to the nearest supermarket. So many amazing things to do around the island

Sylvia’s apartment was lovely, clean and well located. Private parking, patio and a well looked after pool only a step away. Everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Well equipped kitchen, ample storage space, clean towels, toiletries, kitchen equipment, Netflix, dining table and chairs, settee. Also outside seating & table etc.. including 2 new Sun beds etc.. Ironing board, Iron, hairdryer everything you need! Sylvia was always only a message away if needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend apartment for location and value.

Was a great apartment in a peaceful location in the hills. Had everything as described. Was a quick drive to paphos airport as well as local coastline and historical sites.

Very friendly host, great location and facilities. Only thing is bring your own internet as it connects ok on phone but for tv, will need a hotspot :) other than that perfect place and great restaurants nearby

Great location with amazing view

The accommodation was very clean and spacious. It had a nice big balcony with a large table and four chairs. Everything was exactly as Alexander described it. I can highly recommend and would happily book it again.

we loved Blue Nest. The house is large enough for 4 people. Furnishings cozy and cozy. Nice that each bedroom has a bathroom. Pool large and located in a beautiful green garden with trees and flowers. We were almost always alone at the pool. Edita always responded quickly, very nice. We ourselves were not so away from the village of Mandria but Paphos, on the other hand, we liked it. Thank you Edita!
