Independent studio with garden

15 minutes walk to the train station and the center. Double bed + sofa bed. There is one parking space in front of the accommodation, next to mine. Duvets, blankets, pillows provided. Extra linens and towels at €3 per person. I have a cat that is very intrusive 😅 The studio is on the ground floor of my home (independent entrance), so you may hear what's going on upstairs and vice versa, but I try to be careful.

Ideally located 3 km from Golf du Château les Merles and 25 km from Golf des Vigiers. You will also be 15 minutes from Bergerac, Issigeac. 30 minutes from Monpazier, Eymet. 1 hr from Sarlat. My cat and the neighbor's cats walk around in the garden.
