The popular Haukland beach is located about 15 minutes from the cabin. Leknes town, airport and hurtigruten ferry a short distance from the cabin. If you want to try your luck in the rich fishing waters of Vestfjorden, boat rental is possible. In the months Jan-April the famous Lofot fishing is ongoing, and you can experience this fishing at Ballstad, which is one of Lofoten's largest and most abundant fishing village.

New and well equipped cabin with beautiful sea and mountain views! The cabin is located close to the sea, surrounded by beautiful nature. It is located at the end of the road and therefore there is no car traffic past the cabin! Here you can enjoy the tranquility and the view, with sun from morning to evening🌞 Great opportunities to go mountain hiking nearby, or try your luck with fishing. Leknes: central guesthouse in quiet area

Welcome to Vestvågøy in Lofoten, and welcome to be our guest. We rent out a charming and practical guesthouse, located in our back yard. Our guesthouse has one bedroom, and there is a sleeping sofa in the living room. The guesthouse has a nice, big living room, a simple kitchen area (with a refrigerator, small cooking oven, microwave and a sink, and the equipment that is needed for simple cooking), a bathroom with toilet and shower, and a storage room. There is also a washing machine available.

Kayaks can be rented if experienced or with lidence. The house from the 19th century and was an active merchant area with steamboat harbor, postoffice, and market. Renovated with new bathroom. The sauna has amazing views of the sea and mountains. Charger for electric or plug-in car is available.

Feriehus med flott havutsikt ved Hauklandstranden

Dette koselige huset er opprinnelig en gammel skole fra begynnelsen av 1900-tallet. Det er oppusset og i god stand, samtidig som den gamle stilen er bevart. I tillegg har det en fantastisk beliggenhet, med utsikt mot fjell, strand og hav. Huset ligger familievennlig til, med stor inn-gjerdet tomt. Huset er 117 kvadratmeter stort, med store oppholdsrom til både familier og venner som reiser sammen på tur. Det hvite, velkjente stranda på Haukland ligger ca 700 meter nedenfor huset.

The property is in quiet neighbourhood of Gravdal centre, with an ocean view of Buksnesfjorden and the surrounding mountains and a 300m walk to supermarket, café, busstops, hospital and several hiking trails. It’s a great location to explore the Lofoten islands as it’s not too far to go either way.

Original Rorbu with sauna and wilderness bath

One of the very few original fishermen's cabins still around. It is more than 150 years old, but has been re-done and is in very good condition. The timber walls offers genuine ambience, yet the cabin also offers conveniences such as a sauna, bathroom and modern kitchen. The rorbu is most suitable for a couple or a family with 2 children.
