From the 17 square meter south-east terrace, the view extends into the countryside. The detached single-family home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with free parking. Close to the city and in the middle of a 1200 square meter property with beds and trees, under which our small flock of chickens and rooster Hugo are at home.

The cottage ‘Lichtberg 2’ is the smaller of the two neighbouring organic houses (see also ‘Lichtberg 1’). It is enchantingly secluded in the garden and by the field - and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway) and has been renovated with high-quality materials in line with building biology. With 110 square meters on two floors, connected by a beautiful wooden staircase, an open kitchen and two bathrooms, a wonderful place to unwind. Breakfast on the balcony, optionally a vineyard hike with Christoph, who is himself a master winemaker, barbecuing in the garden in the evening, then a sundowner from the winery - is this what you call "paradise"?

The apartment has a special atmosphere ... a mixture of old and new and the rooms merge into each other. You first enter the dining area and look through the bright living room with the wide view into the Eifel. Two steps down you´re entering the cozy living room with a big sofa an then you´ll find the sleeping area with double bed (160x200cm) and a stable bunk bed for children and adults. From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle. The houseboat is located on the outer quay, with a direct view of the water. Spoiled by the sun all day. It has a double bedroom, bathroom with shower, kitchen-living room and terrace. On the roof there is another sun terrace.
