Quiet country surroundings with so much natural beauty. Scandinavian-style modern interior the barn has two levels combining elements of comfort and light. The Birch ply interior, wool carpet and heat pump create a warm and cosy vibe. The Barn is set in a rural landscape overlooking a lovely large pond inhabited by local birdlife. Approx 10-15 mins drive from Dunedin city centre and 3 mins to historic Port Chalmers and some of the best beaches and coastal scenery Otago has to offer all nearby.

Jesse’s place was really beautiful. It is very spacious with 6 of us occupying the house. Very good for a family or a group of friends like us. The views from all of the bedrooms and common areas are majestic - with a panoramic view of both the mountains and the sea. We were even lucky to have witnessed the aurora - right outside our bedroom window! We had fun playing the board games available too. There’s also ample parking space outside too - we had 2 SUVs and 1 ute. They got everything we needed during our stay. Would love to stay there again if we ever come back to Dunedin. 😊

Sunny Stylish Spectacular views

Great location out on Otaga peninsula with beautiful views over the water. Secluded and peaceful and great for accessing all the wildlife activities on the peninsula while still being a short drive into city. Everything matched photos and nice having nespresso machine and milk frother for quick cappuccinos in morning while watching sunrise over water. We did have one small issue with hot water on 2nd morning (only one of 3 could take hot shower) but then no issue 3rd day. We believe it may have been because we did several loads of laundry night before and hot water tank may not have refilled sufficiently overnight. Tracey was very responsive and again was just a temporary issue but maybe keep an eye on laundry timing in mind. Of all the places we stayed on the South Island, this was the family favorite, given the location and views. Would highly recommend staying here and look forward to staying on return trip!

Lovely apartment, easy to find, central, easily walkable to city centre. Bed was super comfy. Apartment nice and warm and dry despite miserable Dunedin winter rain and cold outside. Host very helpful.

A gem of a place! What a beautiful unit, with breathtaking views. The bed is the best I have ever slept in, cross my heart!And such lovely gardens. So easy to get to other places in Dunedin. We loved our stay and didn't really want to leave. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Our hosts Vanessa and Kev were lovely. Highly recommend this Airb&b.
