This idea has nurtured and maturing for several years. We started building these four houses in january '17 and they will be finish in march '18 The old Faroese houses are agreeabel to the overall Faroese landscape, and we therfore naturally targeted this ancient construction/building method. The ground floor: kitchen and living room in one. End a bathroom. Top floor: one master bedroom, intended for two grown-ups and an additonal open space aple to sleep two additional grown-ups. The view from the house is regarded among the very best in the Faroe Islands. Urban cottage 10 meters from the sea.

This special home is very well insulated and warm, and it is equipped with underfloor heating, which is very comfortable and warm in cold temperatures. It is close to the sea and at the end of a cul-de-sac. The home is a total of 20 m2, and is a room with kitchen and beds plus a modern bathroom with shower with plenty of hot water. There's an oven and stove, a hood. Refrigerator with built-in freezer and all other common kitchen equipment.

Spacious new boathouse apartment located at the bay in a small village called Hvalvík on Streymoy. Less than an hour drive to the airport, half an hour drive to the capital and all the other islands. Experience this newly built boathouse located right by the seafront and only 100 m from a grocery store, local bakery/cafe, public svimming/spa hall and public busses. The boathouse is 50 m2 + a loft equipped with all modern conveniences. There are two bedrooms, a bathroom and the main area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and a sofa area with a TV that has access to several channels and wifi.

Great location on the beach. Located in a peaceful area with sand/stone beach and private dock. On the beach, children can play and catch crabs. Old boathouse from the first in the 20th century, which has been converted into an apartment. Completly rebuilt in 2020. Boat and washer/dryer are in the basement (Neyst)
