Rosa in its own private terrace in a former vineyard surrounded by trees & grape vines. Below are views across & direct access to the spectacular River Zezere/Lake Cabril for refreshing swims, walks, fishing & watersports.

The Boat Yard camping, static boats

Three quaint but comfortably converted fishing boats. One, the largest is a kitchen/dinner. The other two are: an adult bedroom & younger children's bedroom. This can be two singles or a double. A fully functioning bathroom with a shower, basin & loo. Build in BBQ with a large wooden picnic table. A sail canopy for those hot summer days, & aft deck for a pleasant evenings chats, food & drinks. There is by arrangement a 4.5mtr teepee witch could sleep up to 6 extra people.

A Bungalow, from the set of two, which is part of the Refúgio do Carrascal. Wooden cabin, open space, with a living room, double bed in a mezzanine, bathroom, equipped kitchenette and balcony. Located in a small forest where our family lives simultaneously. Rural, isolated and family space, but only a 5-minute drive from the city of Tomar, 15 minutes from Albufeira de Castelo do Bode, 25 minutes from Fátima, 1h30 from Lisbon. Pedestrian paths next to the property.

Our tiny house is built by ourselves using several natural building techniques, such as strawbales, clay, lime and sand. The tiny house has a superb view on the valley. The small kitchen has a gas stove with small oven, sink, water and fridge. You can sleep in the double bed on the mezzanine. There is a woodburner for chilly days or nights, a table and outside chairs. All furniture is home made! There is a composting toilet next to the tiny house for private use.

This innovative space offers 47 m² of comfort and privacy, combining sustainability and design. Created from three 20-foot containers, it provides a unique experience 50 meters from the beach. The living and dining room, with panoramic windows facing the sea, includes a sofa bed and a generous space to relax. The equipped kitchen and bathroom with bathtub ensure comfort. The cozy bedroom completes the ambiance. On isolated land, perfect for telecommuting.

Studio house, restored with careful architecture and a high level of comfort. It is surrounded by lush nature and mountain scenery. Possible to interconnect with the Cuckoo House through an internal door. It has a double bed and a single tilting bed behind the living room sofa. It has a large window opening onto the private terrace. Bed linen and towels for the baby crib (optional) have an additional cost of €10 per night. No pets allowed.
