It is only a 5-minute walk to Checkpoint Charlie, Friedrichstraße or the Jewish Museum. Museum Island and Alexanderplatz are within walking distance. Three U-Bahn [subway] stations are nearby and in front of the house is a bus stop in the direction of Neukölln and Charlottenburg. The ideal central location to get to know the city. We're often in our studio at the moment, so you can be undisturbed.

Your ca.25m² air conditioned room is on it's own floor with it's own bathroom. It is furnished with parquet flooring, a large bed, table, desk, chairs, a wardrobe with mirror, piano, a 50 year old radio, wlan and television. The room is isolated from the other rooms of the apartment. A large, modern bathroom and a comfortable kitchen are to be shared.
