On the 1250 sqm fenced forest property, there is a viewing area with a distant view of the Rhine plain, a patio made of old oak trunks and a picnic bench. On the ground floor is a living and dining area with a small well-equipped kitchen as well as a shower room. The first floor has 2 separate bedrooms up to 4 people, each with two beds. The house has a terrace with direct access to the garden.
