We are two quiet pensioners who like to work in the garden. We rent out an apartment in our residence. We've been hosting for almost 30 years. The apartment is 70m2 in quiet surroundings. The apartment is located in the basement on the right hand side. Walk and bike paths to Trondheim city centre, Heimdal city centre, City Syd shopping center, Granåsen and much more. Elementary school, playground, pizza restaurant and groceries in the immediate vicinity. Here you can observe moose, deer, fox, badger and other things from the windows.

Unik beliggenhet - usjenert hus rett ved Ladestien med fantastisk sjøutsikt. Gulvvarme og helt nytt. 100 meter til busstop og gangavstand til sentrum (35min.) Bedroom is up the ladder (se pictures).
