The modern apartment consists of a large living/dining area, a bedroom with a double-bed and a large bathroom. A garden house with a sauna and bicycles may also be used for a small fee. The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.

Our house is located in the small village of Nenndorf, a district of Papenburg. In the northern Emsland in the immediate vicinity of East Frisia and about 50 km from the North Sea. It is characterized by its rural location, far away from tourist crowds. There are 2 parking spaces right by the house. There is also a wallbox for charging electric cars. For the little guests there is a large trampoline, a swing and a slide in the garden.

The apartment has its own entrance to the living area, a small kitchenette, a bathroom and a bedroom for two people. There is also a small terrace. My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

This apartment, lovingly refurbished in July 2024 in the district of Aschendorf, offers space for 3-4 people with its 72 square meters. It's on the upper floor of a single-family house. The apartment includes the 24 sqm roof terrace with views over fields. A Carport is available for a car and/or bicycles. E-bikes can be charged there. Various shopping facilities are only 1km away.
