Vacation rentals with a patio in Legazpi City

The host was so helpfully naf if any issue occurrence he was right onto it This place is great it’s close to Ligao city but so quiet and is easy to get to and all shops etc are with in a 5 min walk or a ride away We would and will stay here again and look forwards to staying soon

We had a great stay at Michelle’s. Very convenient was the available car parking in front of the unit. Internet was stable. The bigger bed room has a split air conditioner which was working fine. Michelle answered our messages often straight away. A place to recommend and come back again. Salamat, Michelle

Had a wonderful stay here! The owner was fast and responsive, making check-in and any questions super easy. The room was clean, well-organized, and felt just like home—with everything from complete utensils to free water and instant coffee. It’s conveniently located near Tabaco City with lots of food spots, laundromats, and even banks nearby. Even though there were a few minor brownouts and water interruptions due to local maintenance, I still enjoyed my stay—the owner even personally came by to turn on the backup water, which I really appreciated. Bonus points for the comfy bed, free parking for my rental car, and fun card games to unwind at night!

The place feels very homey—families and friends staying here would surely build a bond. We stayed here for work, but we also developed our teamwork through our stay. We especially loved the balcony with the long table—we stayed here almost all of the time. The place is also located near local canteens, groceries, drugstores, etc. The host is also very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay. :)

The bWe had a nice 4-day 3-night stay at Grace Joy’s place. The place was still new, it was very clean and equipped with all the necessities. It was very accessible and just a few blocks away from Citimall. I will book this place again on our next Sorsogon vacation.

Eine wunderschöne und authentische Unterkunft mitten im Dorf (abseits der Touris). Zum Wahlhai Center gelangt man problemlos mit dem Tricycle. Es hat einen wunderschönen großen Garten / Hof, der zum Entspannen, Grillen und sogar mit Küche auch zum Kochen einlädt. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll ausgestattet, das Bett gemütlich und ein sehr großes Plus war der sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeber Leizl & Chris: sie haben uns Essen vorbei gebracht, und bei allen Fragen schnell geholfen und wir durften sogar schon deutlich vor der Check-in Zeit kommen. Empfehlung!

Sam was a great host. She provided us with clear instructions on how to locate the property and how to enter the place. The location was easy to find and the landmarks were clear. When we got to the place, we were accommodated by the caretaker who was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spotless too. Clean towels and linens were provided which made our stay even more comfortable. The place looks exactly like the photos on the website. Overall, our experience with Sam as a host had been very good. I highly recommend renting her place if you are planning to travel to Legazpi City or nearby locations. Thank you Sam for letting us stay in your property.

The caretakers were very nice. The host was accommodating for our requests such as having 14 people staying with a plentiful amount of room for everyone to stay. The views were amazing. We ordered through food panda and there were lots of options to choose from. We used the kitchen to cook many meals and they had a rice cooker as well. They offered transportation options, but we already had a van that was able to fit in the on-site parking spot. Everything was perfect for our special trip. I chose the location because of the view of Mayon and the host allowed us to also use the roof deck for my engagement. A truly memorable and a magical once-in-a-lifetime moment. We are hoping to one day revisit with our future children to share in this special place with them and the memories held here.

I had a great stay at Ron/Cla place, it’s spacious and private with own bathroom and work table. The room had a split-type AC so it’s cooler. The internet as well is fast and I was able to work remotely. The place is just walkable in SM Legazpi and Yashano mall, a couple of minutes walk to the Sentro where the Gaisano and Ayala Malls are. Had a smooth check in with no issues. Host is also checking on you if you need anything.

2nd time to stay here. we absolutely love the peaceful neighborhood. the accommodation was easy to find especially if you pin the water station. the room is spacious, with separate kitchen and toilet with hot and cold shower 😇 this place made us feel like it's our second home in legazpi. will highly recommend to family amd friends and will surely come back next time 🙏

Very clean and well equipped. Not as spacious as it looked in the picture but comfortable. We had an issue but it was resolved very well. Third floor walk up. If that’s an issue for you, Ask about other units from same owner.

I recently stayed here and I am very happy with my experience. The place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. It is clean and well-maintained. The beds and the pillows are comfortable, just what we needed after a long day of touring around Bicol. The location is convenient as it is near the tourist spots so we were able to visit the attractions easily. The view of Mt. Mayon from the window is a huge plus! The hosts are responsive to every inquiry making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!
