There is a pedestrian zone, a harbor and a beautiful old town. It is only 50 meters to the East Frisian hiking trail. There are 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. We shall supply a travel cot on request. Included in the price are bed linens, towels and cleaning supplies. Amenities: hair dryer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, etc.

My apartment is located in a historic building that once housed the old town hall printing house. It offers 130 m² with high ceilings, a large, open living area with access to the garden/terrace and luxurious kitchen - all on the first floor. A private parking space is directly accessible at the apartment and also conveniently accessible via the terrace. By the way, all income via Airbnb is used exclusively to upgrade the apartment EVEN more! Enjoy your time out - quiet and central!

Der Zirkuswagen steht im hinteren Teil des Gartens, gelegen am wunderschönen Naturschutzgebiet "Veenhuser Königsmoor" und an der "Deutschen Fehnroute". Der Wagen ist gemütlich und freundlich eingerichtet. Sie finden im Wagen ein Doppelhochbett, eine Kochzeile sowie zwei gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten zum Entspannen. Ein seperates Badezimmer befindet sich im Haupthaus. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich zwei idyllische Seen zum Schwimmen. Ideal für Radreisende und Naturliebhaber.

Quiet vacation home in the heart of Leer

Take a vacation in the beautiful city of Leer. We offer you an apartment (row end house) with a great garden and terrace. On foot you can reach in a few minutes the historic old town with cozy cafés, the city center with a great shopping area and the harbor to linger . Light-flooded terraced house "Thea"

The townhouse "Thea" convinces with cozy retreat corners, e.g. the sleeping area with a view of the sky, the light-flooded reading & relaxation room with a small yoga & meditation corner or the outdoor bed. Dogs are welcome, there is a fenced garden, a cuddly cave and bowls for them. I myself loved living here and enjoying all weather conditions from the sleeping area, listening to the birds in the outdoor bed or reading on the sofa cuddled with a tea.

Spacious, handicapped-accessible vacation home in the middle of Leer's historic old town. The lovingly furnished, fully equipped house can accommodate 4 people. Free parking is available nearby. The beautiful old town with its renovated houses, facades and small cozy cafes are within walking distance within a few minutes. Here you can find it all to enjoy your stay in East Frisia. Cozy charming guest house

In our small guest house, you can stay with three people on two floors. There are three beds on the upper floor. On the first floor, you will find a kitchenette, a bathroom and a living and dining room with views of the countryside. In the kitchen there is no sink, so you have to go to the adjacent bathroom. The nearby East Frisian hiking trail leads quickly to the countryside or towards the city.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Many things are within walking distance. Just minutes to downtown and yet wonderfully located at the so-called "Julianenpark." Central yet in a quiet cul-de-sac location. Many shopping facilities can be reached quickly. Dear guests, I'm glad you discovered my apartment. The apartment is centrally located in Leer (East Frisia) and is therefore ideal if you want to explore the city on foot. The apartment is part of a house, but is delimited and has its own entrance. It is located in the rear, quiet upper floor of the house. The apartment is accessible via a staircase that has no handrail!
