You have a private entrance with cozy living room, bedroom and private shower/toilet. There is television, with Netflix and You Tube. AN EXTENSIVE BREAKFAST IS INCLUDED. The b and b is located separately and closed off from the main house. Private entrance, private bedroom and private bathroom. There is one b and b space.

Also within walking distance: supermarket and bakery!

Welcome to Klein Nienoord, staying in a beautiful farmhouse from 1905 close to Groningen. The house has its own entrance and garden and is fully equipped. The luxurious sauna is a nice place to relax and if you want something more active you can use the gym. Within walking distance is the entrance to the Nienoord estate where you can take a beautiful walk. We have bicycles for rent to explore the area. Good to know: we do not provide breakfast. You do have your own kitchen with an oven.

Our B&B offers you a spacious apartment (45m2), lockable, on the 1st floor with private entrance. This makes contactless stays possible. Kitchen with 2-burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Through the landing, you enter your own bathroom with sinks, shower and toilet. The private entrance is on the ground floor. If you come with 3 or 4 persons, there is a second living/bedroom in the apartment available (25 m2 extra) Pets are allowed only after consultation.

Back in time with the comfort of today. And you sleep in one of three bed cities! There is underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove. You have a private entrance and you can also use a seat under a centuries-old linden tree. The cottage has a kitchen/entrance. A living room and a shower/toilet room. Breakfast is possible for 13 euros pp. Please note : the bed cities are smaller than a double bed . The 2 bed cities in the room are 200x115 and the bedstee in the kitchen is 190x120

This is a luxury vacationhome with all the amneties for a modern day vacation has two big bedroom and two wonderful bathrooms. The living room features a woodstove. There is TV, wifi and fast fiber internet. Around the house there are two terraces and a magnificent view of the lake! A wonderful place to relax.

In this cozy, large, unique caravan, the nature lover will feel very much at home. A private garden, surrounded by quiet meadows, forest and heath. The wood stove is very comfortable on cold days, you must be able to burn! The caravan is 70 years old, still has many authentic elements. Please know that the caravan is not insulated, very warm in hot days, but then you are outside, with a lot of shade. It also cools down quickly. In bedroom there are screens and mosquito nets.

Next to our monumental farm on the yard, this small accommodation is easy and not too expensive to stay in. Sanitary facilities and a common room are located in the farmhouse. The estate borders on the Nienoord estate. Here you can hike and bike. The village is within 2 minutes walking distance. A village where you can shop wonderfully and have a choice of several restaurants in the evening. The city of Groningen is 15 min away by car/bike 1 hour and 20 min by public transport.

Nature cottage the Twadde Hûske

Het Twadde Hûske is an apartment (opened April 2025) with underfloor heating which can be booked for 4 people. In consultation for 5 or 6 people by adding a folding mattress and/or camping bed, but this is only suitable for short stays. Further on, you can read more about the layout of the apartment. Welkom in ons unieke tiny house, verscholen in een privébos aan de rand van het charmante Friese dorp Noordwolde. Deze moderne accommodatie is ideaal voor rustzoekers en natuurliefhebbers. Geniet in de zomer van je ruime prive tuin met zitgedeelte, een veranda en een hangmat tussen de bomen. In de winter zit je heerlijk knus binnen bij de houtkachel die de ruimte binnen no-time verwarmd. De tinyhouse is compact maar van alle gemakken voorzien!
