This 1920's two flat across the street from the Rock River is just minutes from downtown Dixon, the bike trail, Nachusa Grasslands, White Pines, Castle Rock and Franklin Creek State Park! The second story unit has it's own entrance and offers spectacular river/tree top views. The unit includes a kitchen, bathroom, dining room, bedroom, sunroom, den, and yoga/workout room with roll out futon and bedding available upon request($35 night) Long Term rentals of more than 5 days limited to 1 person.

Preserved early 20th century farmhouse. No luxuries here! Every attempt was made to maintain the integrity of this farmhouse. Its isolated location is a quarter mile from any blacktop road meaning its very QUIET. Located approximately 20 miles from 3 interstate highways (I-88, I-80, I-39), it's easy to travel to and easy to find. Although it's isolated, there are many attractions within an hour's drive of the farmhouse. The house also has an attached garage and screened in breezeway.

The 100+ herd of free ranging Bison can often be viewed right along the boundary fence to the west!
