Vacation rentals with a patio in Ledyard

I was happy to return to this beautiful & peaceful location for a 2nd time, a literal oasis this visit despite the rain. The design and amenities in the studio are stunning and make for a comfortable, effortless stay. Thankfully a sunny morning enabled an enjoyable lovely wander through the trails on the property, a great way to start my day! Bert is a superb host!

Stayed at August apt 30 May to 6 Jun. The apartment is very comfortable, clean and has everything you need! Nichole answer all of my questions in a very timely manner and made sure I had ease of access. Check in and out were both smooth processes. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great place and location, grew up in the Groton/Mystic area and live in Florida now. Went to my goddaughters wedding at Harkness Park. Accomodations were excellent, well done! Thanks again 👍😎

This was our second time staying here. The apartment is exactly as described, and as it shows in the photos. It’s a perfect location for beaches, restaurants, sightseeing, etc. It’s also very quiet and the bed is very comfortable! I would highly recommend this apartment!

Lovely town and environment. Very spacious and fully equipped apartment. The two bedrooms are separated from each other by the big kitchen, a little reading room and the living room…so good privacy. Two TVs. Comfy beds! The small town is an easy and pleasant walk. It’s a ground floor apartment under the owners house, so be prepared for the patter of little dog feet above. We did not see the owners but communication was terrific. Great place to stay in the vicinity.

Great spot! It’s huge. Much larger than the photos seem. It’s the entire third floor with windows All around. Great views of the sky over the housetops.

Dan's place talks about being steps to downtown and it is. We walked to dinner, ice cream, breakfast, ice cream, the Seaport Museum, ice cream ;) - everything was just steps away. The house was perfect. Well designed and had just about anything you could need on a short or long stay. We have a couple medium term rentals and we definitely took some notes on how to up our game. Dan was friendly and helpful - even helped get my forgotten AirPods sent back to me. I hope to return next year.

Our stay here was amazing! So much attention to detail was put into every aspect of this home. It was spotless and very well maintained. We enjoyed being able to use the kayaks, paddleboards, and canoe. We never felt like something was missing and never had a hard time finding what we needed. It is such a quiet and peaceful area and we spent a lot of time just sitting by the water relaxing. We loved being able to have a fire right by the water as well. The downstairs game room/theatre was a blast as well. Overall I would 100% book a stay here in the future and highly recommend it.

We had an amazing stay! The location was amazing and the hot tub was perfect! Lots of fun activities to do in the area as well and Marissa gave so many great recommendations. My husband and I had a great time !

Spotless, fully equipped with everything we needed. Centrally located to all there is to see and do in Mystic. Overall a very comfortable, enjoyable stay. Host added thoughtful touches and was quick to respond. Would stay again/recommend!

This place is an excellent location, a short walk downhill to Mystic Pizza and downtown. Given parking/traffic, it's great to be walkable. The house is ideally set up, with 2 large bedrooms on the bottom floor with a full bath, ample living room/kitchen/dining on the main and then 2 more bedrooms upstairs with a full bath. There were games left - Life, Jenga, Dominos, etc - which my toddler really enjoyed. Greogry and Julia were very responsive hosts and even provided kid-friendly restaurants which was very helpful.

It was a wonderful space, plenty of room and very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable unlike the super soft pillows/beds you just sink into. Great location as well, close to food, shopping and the aquarium.

We had an amazing Memorial Day weekend at Heather’s place! The house was perfect. It was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Heather was a fantastic host, super responsive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed for a stress-free stay. You can tell she really puts care into every detail. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot and can’t wait to come back!

Great apartment! Furniture is comfy. Kitchen is fully stocked. Neighborhood is peaceful. During my stay the cutting boards were stored between the microwave and wall (took me a day to find them)

The stay was very peaceful, friendly neighbors. The scenery was great, Desiree was there for any concerns we had, and with timely response. I would anyone that want a pleasurable stay while in Norwich, this is the place to be. Thanks again, for a wonderful stay. William & Potreen

We really enjoyed staying at Lynn’s place! Very clean and had a great view of the ocean from the deck. Lynn was very responsive and made the experience seamless. We would definitely stay with Lynn again.

loved this place, wish it wasn’t so expensive but honestly it’s expensive for a reason lol, it’s a very nice place to stay with the hot tub and pool accessible! 10/10

George was a wonderful host , so available and willing to help with local knowledge and suggestions. The Condo is beautiful with a stunning sea view and plenty of amenities. I would definitely recommend this place to all .
