A fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, fireplace, GAME garage, carport, big closets, 3 big smart tvs, wifi, large yard, bbq, kitties, a fire pit, games and more! Relax on the covered patio with a cup of coffee or wine, and a beautiful, country sunset!

Peaceful, welcoming haven, on quiet leafy street. Walking distance to Trader Joe's and city swimming pool. Private entrance, covered balcony, overlooking garden. Two clean, light bedrooms (1 Q, 1 S) Bright living space with kitchenette. There is no sink in the kitchenette.... you can leave dirty dishes in a bus tub for me. I love kids, but this is not suitable for 2 and under. Desks in both bedrooms. No tv, yes wifi. This apt is part of my house, but the door between them is always locked.

One room with toilet/sink and one with shower/dressing area. VCR/DVD on two TVs, internet on 3rd.
