Week of May 10 to 17, 2025 in Carbet. Superb location! Close to bakery and restaurant Petibonum and rum shop Neison. Beautiful sea view and proximity! Place near St-Pierre and Morne Rouge for a lot of sightseeing! Bring water shoes as there are pebbles up to 5 meters away in the sea. Very long beach for walking without sargassum. Nice apartment and full of amenities for the beach. Well-equipped and functional kitchen. Maybe there should be an outdoor shower to remove sand when returning from the beach. Apartment as pictured. Thanks for a great week's vacation! We will definitely go back!

Very nice accommodation! The space is large and comfortable, with lots of amenities and storage. We stayed for 10 days and it was perfect. The location allowed us to have easy access to the whole south of the island. Sylvia and Jimmy were thoughtful and very kind hosts. We recommend without hesitation!

Absolutely beautiful stay!! Everything was perfect: a breathtaking view of the Diamant and Morne Larcher with the infinity pool, spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation, a large and very pleasant terrace. Quiet residence. My partner and I had an amazing stay! Isabel is very responsive and gave us excellent recommendations. The apartment is ideal, incredible view, quiet and very well-equipped! Our arrival was easy and the residence is beautiful.

We had an amazing two week stay at Villa Les Agaves…Carine’s place. Carine was very helpful answering many questions while we were planning our trip. The place is just like the photos, a place to relax, listen to the ocean, and enjoy an amazing view. We so enjoyed watching the kite and wind surfers from the patio. For two couples this was ideal! The kitchen is small, but served us well. We did do a bit of our own cooking. A bonus is you are right across from the ice machine and laundry. The small pool was fun, refreshing and convenient while the big pool a short walk away. The restaurant Lili au Lagon was also a short walk away. The menu was small, but the food was wonderful. The wait staff was exceptional being friendly and attentive. We found making a reservation was helpful and sometimes necessary. The ladies at the front desk were helpful making reservations for us. We suggest Bambino’s, in Le François and Dostas on N6. Les Agaves was hard to leave! Thanks Carine!

Had a pleasant stay. The accommodation is very well located, functional, clean and quiet. Having stayed in Martinique several times, I certify that this is the best place I have had! Cyrielle and Xandre are responsive and friendly hosts. I would 100% recommend!

A great place to stay. The view is beautiful, the sea a minute away, and private parking a plus. Ela is a great host. She did decorate the place for my birthday and even made a gluten-free cake.

Leila and her parents are attentive and available. The accommodation is set back, but far from the hustle and bustle, and you can enjoy the calm… Be careful, however, of the presence of a dog in the neighborhood that barks regularly. Small downside for us, following comments from tenants, Leila installed privacy screens to ensure privacy at the pool. I just find it a shame because it also prevents the sea view. The punch bowl is a real treat in the evening, after a day of sightseeing The accommodation is very good, equipped and really nice for a romantic vacation Thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness… We highly recommend it!

A real favorite! Very warm and comfortable accommodation, perfect for relaxing. The atmosphere is soothing, you feel good from the moment you arrive. It's an ideal place for a quiet vacation, whether solo, as a couple or with friends. I highly recommend it!

Great apartment in good location. The amenities are very good, you can tell that Jacqueline likes to cook, because in the kitchen there was everything we needed for cooking. The great terrace, the tap outside (very good for washing the diving equipment), vacuum cleaner, broom, clothes rack with clothespins, wash basin, everything available👍. Jacqueline also filled the fridge before we arrived and brought us delicious snacks and bananas from her garden. We can definitely recommend it! If someone also lives in the apartment above and has a party on the terrace upstairs, it is very disturbing!

I had the most amazing stay with Thomas and Julien. This place is an oasis of silence and nature, Thomas and Julien were really helpful in showing the island, as I have no drivers license. I loved my stay and the peace of mind I have now is incredible!

We loved this location. We had a car to explore but loved coming back to a peaceful area. We used the chairs available in the garage everyday when we went to the beach. On the last day we had a lovely paddle in the kayak.

Paradise! This is a beautiful property and lovely hosts. Peaceful and secluded but easily walkable from the boat yard. We were having boat work done so this was an incredible find. Easy to rent a car from Marianick, great host, great communication, more than expected. Would stay again if back in the area. The jacuzzi is a dream!! 🌺

We had a wonderful 2 weeks at this place. This is the best Airbnb we've stayed in to date. Everything has been carefully thought out to ensure that guests have a pleasant stay. The large pool and spa were pure joy. Corinne was very responsive when the air conditioning stopped working on a holiday and did everything to resolve the problem quickly, which we greatly appreciated. We recommend it without hesitation and will be back with pleasure.

We had a wonderful stay at Stéphane and Marie-No's place. Their apartment is a real little pearl: perfectly equipped, the terrace and the hot tub in a tropical atmosphere really marked us. The hosting was warm and thoughtful, and their recommendations for discovering the surrounding area were valuable. A big thank you to them for their hospitality, and the welcome home punch which was delicious! We highly recommend it!

First of all, Nina and Vianney were welcoming, warm, available and very friendly while being discreet. We were very well advised on restaurants and beaches. For the accommodation it is as pictured: extremely clean, functional and very cute, in a fabulous natural environment allowing you to admire lizards, hummingbirds, fireflies… Extra bonus: the hot tub and pool. The geographical location is ideal for visiting the island. Beautiful beaches nearby such as Anse Figuier (10 min) We recommend 100%
