Between Le Mans and Angers, the Domaine des Fontaines welcomes you to its "Le Cocon" cottage. Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

The Gîte "La Rive du Loir" is private (open in 2025), also private swimming pool and not overlooked. Since March 15, 2026, a 4th bedroom is open 10 m from the cottage with its shower, wall-hung toilet, TV... The capacity of the accommodation is therefore 11 people (including 2 with the convertible sofa in the living room). For 2026: Heated swimming pool from March 27 to November 1. Same date for 2027. You will find many activities nearby (sports, relaxation, nature, hiking, etc.) La Flèche Zoo 20 minutes away, 25 minutes from the 24H circuit, 25 minutes from the 24H and Baugé golf courses, Château du Lude, Le Loir by bike, Lake Mansigné. Whether you come with your tribe, or with friends, you will feel right at home!

The accommodation is located 2 steps from La Flèche Zoo. You may have the chance to hear the cry of monkeys or roaring lions, change of scenery guaranteed. Have fun with the whole family at this place with a pool and play area. Bike path for nice rides, with 2 adult bikes available. King size bed 180 x 200 cm in the mezzanine area. For the second bed, it's a real comfortable mattress in the 140 x 190 cm sofa. Bed made on your arrival, bed linen provided.
