The studio is located on the first floor of our house, with independent entrance (new outdoor staircase with anti-slip steps). Guests can park their car in the courtyard or nearby parking lot if there is no more space in the courtyard. Our house is close to shops, a bus stop, the A71 Bourges highway (10-15 minutes) and St Florent sur Cher train station. My place is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers. You will appreciate the location and charm of "the little house" so that you have a pleasant stay in our beautiful region. We want you to know that we're doing our part to help our guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in, which justifies the cleaning fee.
