New accommodation in a chalet in the middle of the woods

We completly renovated our chalet in 2022 and took the opportunity to create an independent apartment on the ground floor to welcome our guests (own private entrance). It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet and a bathroom with a large shower. The bedroom has a large queen sized bed, work area and a big wardrobe. The chalet is in the middle of a magnificent wooded area (6000m2) and is very calm and quiet environment. Spaces outside under trees to eat and enjoy relax moments :)

Come and discover our new apartment, located just 500 meters from the central square of Neuville-de-Poitou, with all the shops nearby (bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, etc.). 🛍️ Every Sunday morning, a lively local market is held in the square — ideal for discovering fresh products and the friendly atmosphere of the village. 🍼 This accommodation is perfectly suited for a couple with a baby, in a quiet area, close to all amenities on foot.

This studio is completely renovated, it is very pleasant, bright, comfortable (TV+Wi-Fi) and quiet, facing south. Great for a relaxing or professional stay. It is in a great location, close to the Futuroscope (23 min). Just 5 minutes away you will find a bakery, butcher, pharmacy and a convenience store. Possibility of adding a child's bed or a folding crib. Towels and linens provided. Possibility of having breakfast for only €6 per person.

Come and enjoy an atypical 25 m² cabin in the heart of nature. I built this quiet little cocoon that can accommodate one to three people (a 140 bed and a sofa bed). Guests can take advantage of the large wooden terrace and its beautiful sunsets. Our philosophy in the heart of nature and in line with it required the installation of dry toilets (external and attached to the accommodation). The Nordic bath is private and optional.
