We had a great time at this place. It was clean, functional and the views are breathtaking. It felt like home.

Week of May 10 to 17, 2025 in Carbet. Superb location! Close to bakery and restaurant Petibonum and rum shop Neison. Beautiful sea view and proximity! Place near St-Pierre and Morne Rouge for a lot of sightseeing! Bring water shoes as there are pebbles up to 5 meters away in the sea. Very long beach for walking without sargassum. Nice apartment and full of amenities for the beach. Well-equipped and functional kitchen. Maybe there should be an outdoor shower to remove sand when returning from the beach. Apartment as pictured. Thanks for a great week's vacation! We will definitely go back!

Nothing to say about the listing that is totally as described. Very well equipped, very clean, top bedding, mosquito nets… Welcome booklet with activities to do and Elise's favorites. The proximity to the centers of interest, the view, the direct access to the beach, the breathtaking sunsets… Everything was perfect! Elise is ultra available and so friendly! If I come back to Martinique, I will definitely rent this place again! Thanks for making this trip so wonderful!

Accommodation matches photos, located in a quiet area. Small peaceful haven that smells of iodine. Bakery, beaches and restaurants within walking distance. A favorite for Tartane, which remains authentic with real scenes of local life. Sabrina is very friendly and welcoming

2nd getaway to Franck's apartment which is still as cozy! The location is really ideal: beaches, marina, restaurants, shops!

It's a great place at the bottom of the Caravelle peninsula. The location is ideal for shining on the Atlantic coast. It is perfect for 6 people. Both bathrooms are a plus. The accommodation is impeccable in terms of cleanliness. The place is quiet with a view. The pool is great to start or end the day... The hosts were away when we arrived but this did not impact the communication and service. They've always been very responsive. We recommend ++++.

A stone's throw from Gros Raisin beach, Villa Côté Sud occupies a prime location ensuring easy access to the village of Sainte-Luce and other attractions in southern Martinique. Great stay at Annie and Arnaud's! The villa is tastefully decorated, well equipped and very clean. We were warmly welcomed and throughout the stay we were able to communicate easily with our hosts. Beautiful large house with character, well located in Saint Pierre and a short walk to the beach. However, the street is busy.

Thanks to Orelie and Mimi for their welcome. Orelie is very responsive and always responds to our calls. Very considerate mimi lent us a waterproof backpack that made our farms easier. The clean and quiet accommodation offers a beautiful view of the bay and the beds equipped with screens guarantee peaceful nights.

The location of the house is excellent especially for surfers, the "private" beach downstairs is very quiet. The access road to the house is very steep, we did not dare to go down by car but once down, there is no one opposite and a terrace that allows you to live outdoors.

very beautiful apartment very nice view of the bay on the heights of l'Anse à l'Âne. difficult to access on foot due to the slope. close to the beaches of the south west of the island. We had a great time at the place! Colette's family was very welcoming and very caring to us! The accommodation is very well located, with well-served roads, which means that we were able to explore a large part of the island. We were able to park the car in front of the house. We recommend this listing without hesitation!

Very nice accommodation with full amenities. Very nice terrace with sunset views, it can be hot but there is a fan. Go see the cove near the Hôtel de la Batelière, I saw a sea turtle there and a lot of fish. Not really any restaurants within walking distance, there's the casino restaurant and the pizza restaurant. Otherwise, several restaurants in Schœlcher. There is a beach umbrella available but bring your own beach towels. The washing machine was very convenient. The air conditioning is very efficient, there is one in the living room and another in the bedroom. Very quiet apartment and no noise from neighbors.

Very nice apartment, with spacious and very well furnished bathroom. A room and a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea . Very easy communication with Virginia who is very responsive to our requests . In short, we highly recommend it!!!!

The place was really beautiful and very clean with a sea view, a real pleasure to stay there.
