Villa Kajaani: A little Finland in Burgundy

Villa Kajaani is a recently renovated old Burgundian house. It is located in a small village on the banks of the Yonne, 1.5 hours from Paris by the A6. This village has small shops, a restaurant and an equestrian center. 5 km away, you will discover the picturesque town of Joigny, its market, its shops. Roncemay Golf Course is 20 minutes away, the city of Auxerre is 30 minutes away, the vineyards of Chablis and Irancy are about 45 minutes away by car. Guédelon is 50 minutes away.

Ô Lunain Nature and River 2* Lodge

Come and get a breath of fresh air and relax in our 2* rated gîte. The Ô Lunain gîte, a 40 m2 house located in Nonville, a village in the Lunain Valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt Sur Loing. Peaceful haven in a property with 4 hectares of garden, woods and river. We live on site in another house, we will be happy to host you. Electric heating and wood-burning stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age for safety reasons (river).

Edge of forest restyled cottage near Fontainebleau

June/July/August 5 days minimum. Our recently fully renovated cottage is set in the middle of a large garden on the edge of the pretty village of Montigny sur Loing. A peaceful rural hideaway on the edge of the 25000 hectare Fontainebleau forest famous for its boulders. Shops 5 min. walk. The train station with direct trains to Paris Gare de Lyon every hour is a 10 min. walk away. 2.50€ a ride. Free parking at station. 55 min. train ride to the heart of Paris.

[Idyllic corner on the outskirts of Paris] This small lakefront cottage dates from 1984, it has been redecorated but needs to be renovated, which is why I am renting it out to raise funds for the work. Everything is functional, there is just the floor that is not accessible. Cottage located in a private residence with a large lake ideal for swimming and fishing. Need a break for two? Head to Burgundy, 1.5 hours from Paris. Our cabin with private spa will allow you to recharge your batteries in the countryside. A few kilometers from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the Château de St-Fargeau, it is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more. Property near the « Château du Mez » (castel), located outside the village, in a wooded park crossed by the Betz (first category river in Natura 2000 zone). Ideal for recharging your batteries in a natural setting and enjoying the shaded garden and the coolness of the watercourse on hot summer days. The village also offers activities all summer around the communal pond (1.5 km away), with the possibility of picnicking and swimming.
