We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

The house is pleasant, comfortable. The place will be appreciated by nature lovers (singing birds in the morning, hulling owls in the evening. Cheers can be seen regularly). Well exposed, sheltered from the wind and close to a pond and wood, it has a wooden terrace above the stream for lunch. The house, renovated, full of charm, is not overlooked, at the end of a path. It is located 2 km from the basic shops with nice little market on Fridays.
