Capacity: 9 adults and 3 children (extra bed on the ground floor and 2 baby beds on request).

Gite in the heart of the Perche (10 min from Bellême and 50 min from Le Mans) that can accommodate up to 5 people The accommodation is located on the floor of an old outbuilding and consists of a large living room, a dining room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate toilet. The house is open to a garden where you can relax, enjoy the calm of the percheron countryside and admire our vegetable garden. We look forward to welcoming you to our haven!

Apart from the antique furniture, everything is new, from the bedding to the household equipment to the wood stove... 2 hours from Paris, ideally located in the heart of the Perche Regional Park, it is located in the village of Pin-La-Garenne, halfway between the small towns of Bellême (7 km) and Mortagne-au-Perche (9 km).

Located in the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, in a typical hamlet, Marie's house is a cottage completely renovated in 2019 in keeping with the Percheron style (old tiles, lime plaster, exposed beams...). Equipped with all the necessary comforts and fiber, it is the perfect place for your stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. A charging station is accessible according to conditions. Calm, nature and local products will be there.

Large apartment located both in a quiet area and in the city center. On the ground floor, it consists of a fitted and equipped kitchen, a dining room with a games area (high-end foosball) and pellet stove, a cinema room, a bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, a large dormitory room composed of two 140 x 190 beds, an armchair (convertible into a single bed) and a baby bed. A piano accompanies this room. A shared common courtyard is available (dining area)

We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Located 10 minutes from Mortagne au Perche and Bellême, two towns classified as small towns of character. You can admire the basilica of Notre Dame de Montligeon, 10 minutes from the studio. Lovers of history and old stones, you can see many mansions in the region. We are close to the forests of Bellême, Réno Valdieu, as well as the greenway, ideal for quiet bike rides. Many local producers: Cider mill, cheese maker, organic vegetables & others.
