We live in the house and remain at your disposal.

Beautiful cozy apartment with Zen decor on the 3rd floor of a new secure residence with elevator. Comfortable, fully equipped. At the foot of the apartment you will find a bus line, which will take you to the RER A in 5 minutes. 10 minutes later you will be either in Paris or Disney depending on your schedule Shops and park 200 m away. Banks of the Marne are a 2-minute walk away. Close to city center. Sports facilities nearby. Everything is at your disposal to make the most of your stay.

A spacious studio with a pretty garden

The studio (about 45 square meters) is located at the back garden of the main house. It is 12 minutes walk from the underground station (lines A4 and E4), 13 minutes away from center Paris and 30 minutes from Euro Disneyland. Shops and restaurants are within a walking distance. With an additional sofa-bed the studio can accommodate up to four people. The kitchenette makes it possible for guests to prepare their own meals. Breakfast includes fresh bread and croissants every morning.

You'll have the whole house and garden to yourself. I'm in Le Perreux from time to time and live in the annex, which has its own entrance and is completely separate from the house.
