We welcome you to a beautifully renovated annex, nestled at the back of our garden. It is an entire, independent house, with 2 bedrooms, each equipped with a bathroom with toilet and shower. A living room and a kitchen bar for 4 guests separate these 2 spaces.

Beautiful stone house located in a quiet hamlet of Jouars-Pontchartrain. Large 220 m² house for 12 people with large interior spaces and a 1700 m² garden/terrace. Combine the quietness of the countryside with the proximity of the city: Paris 30 minutes away and the Palace of Versailles 20 minutes away. The house is fully equipped and perfectly located to explore the Royal Valley of the Eure region. You are surrounded by castles, parks, and just a stone's throw away from the Natural Park of the Chevreuse Valley. There's nothing better than rejuvenating by the fireplace in a very comfortable house that has all the charm of a wooden chalet.

Bright 160 m² house with a panoramic view over a pond and a meadow with donkeys and sheep… and access to a forest trail at the end of the garden. The house is fully equipped to accommodate children (trampoline, games, etc.) and for large group gatherings (BBQ, games, pétanque, etc.). 1 hour from Paris, 30 minutes from Versailles, the Rambouillet area, and the Étangs de Hollande.
