Charming and warm apartment, Guadeloupean-style decoration with very pretty paintings that can be bought in some stores in St. François or St. Anne. The outdoor living area is lovely. Numerous quality amenities. All the comforts are there. In summary, excellent services. Titou is always attentive and very helpful. Recommended.

Jean Christophe and Virginia's apartment was absolutely great for our couple. Tastefully modern and tastefully decorated. The view of the marina is superb and the location is absolutely perfect: everything is within easy walking distance. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as a supermarket and pharmacy. It is very easy to visit Saint François entirely on foot from the accommodation. The bed is extremely comfortable. The bathroom offers a lot of pressure and hot water hot. Which is perfect for returning from the beach. The tank is a must and we had no water issues despite the water outages. The building has an elevator which is very nice for going up and down the suitcases. It is very easy to find parking nearby. I highly recommend this place that we will rent again without hesitation if we come back to the area.

The accommodation and location were lovely. The studio was well equipped and comfortable. Our hosts were welcoming and offered lots of good accommodation regarding outings and the best beaches. We really enjoyed our stay.

What a wonderful place! When we arrived, we were greeted with a Planter (local drink). The apartment was perfect and comfortable. What can I say about the view of the pool and the sea!!! It's perfect to rest. The place is very well soundproofed, you can't hear any noise at night. Plus, there's air conditioning in the bedrooms. We found it very convenient to have two full bathrooms when there are 4 of us. Secure place thanks to a barrier with code to enter the parking lot. Within walking distance, you have the grocery store, several bakeries, pizza, local vendors, etc.! Communication with Thierry was impeccable.

Ideal accommodation: sea and pool views, access to the sea, next to shops, a fruit basket offered on arrival, very well-equipped apartment in a very well-maintained residence (impeccable garden and pool). Kind regards, Marc.

Sylvie is a welcoming, available and discreet host. The description is very accurate and the equipment is very complete. I particularly liked the terrace and the rooms equipped with fans and air conditioning. A perfect stay. Recommended!!

Beautiful square and the scenery is beautiful! The apartment is super well-equipped , even for the beach and picnic. A first for us in Airbnb but we'll do it again! However, I would have liked to have been told that everything is absolutely done by car. Sunday after 2:30 PM everything is closed, so there's no way to eat or shop. Taxis are expensive but super nice. Friendly and welcoming people with Canadians and especially the people of Quebec . Personally, the beach is St-Anne is the most beautiful. The points of visit are very beautiful but bcp of places do not have a toilet! to be checked and organized. ( Ilet du Gosier , Yellow baths, Pointe du châteaux ... have restaurants but no toilet! attention ) We will probably return to Guadeloupe but more towards St-Anne which is a beautiful city and easier to walk and more complete for a 7 days. We had a lovely stay. The accommodation is very well equipped and the punch bowl is a big plus. A real cabin! Aurore's hospitality is perfect and she will give you plenty of recommendations on activities, restaurants and other nearby.

Great accommodation, easy to access and close to most activities! Clean and quiet neighborhood! The only downside is that there is only one sheet in the bed and no duvet/blanket! Benjamin was very helpful, friendly and quick to access! Thank you!!

We had an unforgettable stay at Clémentine's house, a real little corner of paradise nestled in the heart of Guadeloupe. The terrace with pool and the view of the tropical vegetation are simply magical, it is a real haven of peace. The decor, both typical of the islands and modern, gives the house a warm and exotic atmosphere. The location is perfect, just a short drive from Sainte-Anne and the village, making it easy to enjoy the beaches and local markets! Clémentine was lovely, always available and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Great stay at this great place facing the marina. We weren't close to 5. Very well equipped: air conditioning, water tank in case of outage. The residence is very calm and nicely wooded. The pool was very nice. Very friendly welcome from Laetitia. We would recommend this listing.

Perfect accommodation for 2 people. Very clean and beautiful decor. I would absolutely recommend this place for a relaxing holiday and well located for visiting the island (with a car of course). Everything is very well organized for a hassle-free stay! We will definitely come back 🌴☀️

We spent two weeks in low season and everything was very good. Photos in accordance with the listing, well located apartment. Parking on the side, only in the street. Just to clarify, the entrance to 3 Marina is at the Orpi sign, after the Super U. Very well-equipped apartment.
