Nice new 2-room apartment, located in a villa on the heights of the 7th km. Independent access, not overlooked, beautiful view, quiet and green. Comfortable equipment, quality materials and up-to-date. Nearby, many small food shops and bus stop. Close to supermarkets, swimming pool, cinema, bike paths, golf, beach. 15 minutes from the bays, city center, market, natural park (river). For a single person or a quiet and careful couple. This cottage is independent but adjoining our house. It will be a haven of peace, silence and relaxation for you in a unique setting. Located on a hillside, you can choose between the view of the lagoon and its islets on one side and the slopes of Mont Dore on the other. After a few laps in the pool and sunbathing on the terrace, you will admire the sunset which is a magic that is always repeated.

Exceptional living environment in the forest, 10 minutes from all amenities (shopping centers – schools – Médipôle hospital center – sports facilities). Nouméa city center is 15 minutes away outside peak hours (more like 45 minutes during peak hours). Beaches are 25/30 minutes away.
