Located in the Perche Sarthois, 2 hours from Paris and a 10-minute drive from a train station, this renovated former farmhouse has 3 double bedrooms, a dormitory with 5 beds, 3 bathrooms, and 2 additional double sleeping options (sofa beds in the games room/sauna area). On site you will find sauna, billiards, foosball, bikes, ping pong, boat... The large 15,000 m2 garden is surrounded by fields and lined with poplars. A small pond is protected and surrounded by weeping willows with a pontoon.

Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. The Gîte is an old percheron farmhouse facing the countryside where evenings with music are not allowed. It is located next to another house. There are 4 large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom. The 4 large bedrooms are with 90/190 beds that I put together for couples. There are 2 extra 90/190 folding beds. Located 5 minutes from the La Ferté-Bernard highway exit with its shops and activities which I invite you to look at on the tourist office.
