The Gîte is an old percheron farmhouse facing the countryside where evenings with music are not allowed. It is located next to another house. There are 4 large bedrooms and 1 smaller bedroom. The 4 large bedrooms are with 90/190 beds that I put together for couples. There are 2 extra 90/190 folding beds. Located 5 minutes from the La Ferté-Bernard highway exit with its shops and activities which I invite you to look at on the tourist office.

this cottage is the transformation of a stable, a stable into a home modern and comfortable, 70 m2 living rooms. Overlooking the fields and forest. 170 m2 house with terrace, garden furniture and BBQ near hiking trails.
