140 m² cottage in an old building, completely renovated and designed to ensure you have a pleasant time in a 3.5 ha park. Security cameras are located only on the exterior of the home (parking and courtyard) to secure the site It is located on the Loire bike path, near vineyards and between 2 villages located in the Loire Valley UNESCO World Heritage Site. from the end of April, you can settle in for lunch/dinner in front of the cottage and enjoy the haven of peace!

Old house completely renovated in the heart of a small city of character on the banks of the Loire in a region classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This cottage is classified 1 star. Nearby, you can discover charming villages such as Béhuard, La Pointe as well as the famous vineyards of Savennières or the Coteaux du Layon. Less than ten minutes by train you will find Angers and its castle with the Apocalypse tapestries and an hour away, Nantes.

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.
