Yannick's house is great and we had a short memorable stay. The house itself is very spacious, all rooms have their own bathroom and it's like in the pictures. The biggest perk is for sure, the pool and the views. We would definitely come back.

A stone's throw from Gros Raisin beach, Villa Côté Sud occupies a prime location ensuring easy access to the village of Sainte-Luce and other attractions in southern Martinique. Equipped with a beautiful, modern and well-maintained swimming pool, the property allowed us to find rest and relaxation. We thank Karine for her hospitality and dedication.

For a 5th stay in Martinique, we were not disappointed by this rental with stunning views. The location of the villa makes it easy to radiate throughout Martinique. The house is quiet, well-equipped, as described and photos (3 bedrooms with independent bathrooms + sleeping on the mezzanine) with magnificent views from the terrace and pool. We enjoyed Jessica's welcome and responsiveness. Thank you for the basket of Caribbean sweets on arrival. We will be happy to return to the villa.

I had a great time in Sylvie and José's villa basement. José was the one who greeted me, and he was very flexible with me! The accommodation itself was superb: very well decorated, well located, with exclusive access to a terrace, an outdoor hammock and of course the pool with sea view! I enjoyed my stay!

We had a great time at Sophie's place. The space was true to the photos or even better. The amenities are of very good quality. The outdoor area offers a good relaxing time. Access is easy and the beach, shops and restaurants are even within walking distance.

Week of May 10 to 17, 2025 in Carbet. Superb location! Close to bakery and restaurant Petibonum and rum shop Neison. Beautiful sea view and proximity! Place near St-Pierre and Morne Rouge for a lot of sightseeing! Bring water shoes as there are pebbles up to 5 meters away in the sea. Very long beach for walking without sargassum. Nice apartment and full of amenities for the beach. Well-equipped and functional kitchen. Maybe there should be an outdoor shower to remove sand when returning from the beach. Apartment as pictured. Marylise or her very well hosted on arrival, coffee, water, sugar and she even gave us eggs and a baguette. The cottage was very private with all the amenities, beach towels, kitchen equipment, small washing machine, clothesline etc. For a couple it's quite perfect. There's no air conditioning but with the wind we never got hot and the ocean view is really very good. We would go back without hesitation.

Beautiful condo! Very clean, spacious and well furnished, it feels like home right away. The view from the 4th arrondissement over Fort de France is amazing! The manager Régis Allain was waiting for us with all the information we needed for an unparalleled stay. And he was always available to answer our questions, a super friendly person!! Very much appreciated, thank you. Very convenient garage and elevator, note that a car is a must to go to a good grocery store and also to make the most of this beautiful island. There is still a convenience store nearby and everything else is within walking distance: restaurants, cafes, shops, beach. A big thank you to Delphine, we will be back!!!!

This apartment is for us a gem. The angles of view are extraordinary. You can hear the sound of the waves. Two beaches are very close and so nice. Close to everything we loved it. The space, the size, the cleanliness, the kitchen everything was really spotless and to our liking. Close to everything we are still located in a quiet and relaxing environment. No noisy or disturbing neighbors. We really loved everything. We travel a lot and use AirBNb often and this place is one of our favorites. We highly recommend it. We were my spouse and I with our son-daughter and 6-year-old little boy. We had plenty of space- beautiful privacy so easy. And the few good meals taken from this huge and magnificent terrace. And the few meals prepared with such a view. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay Monika. Oh yes the welcome was great too Monika was there to receive us. Thank you again.

We loved our stay at this apartment, which is undoubtedly the best we have rented in Martinique – and one of the best we have experienced in six years of using Airbnb. The apartment is perfectly renovated, tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. Everything is designed for the comfort of the guests, nothing is lacking. Communication with Franck, the owner, and Adeline was smooth, simple and proactive, which made our stay much easier. Adeline's welcome was particularly warm, and the little attention to our arrival (excellent local rum!) was much appreciated. The location is ideal: the neighborhood is pleasant, quiet, with several activities accessible nearby, not to mention very good restaurants in the area. No false notes, we recommend this address without a second thought!

We highly recommend this listing! Beautiful view, super well equipped! There was even a BBQ for the beach. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival by Jean Marc. Small surprise: rum and punch available. Small grocery/bakery open 7/7, Fredo restaurant with evenings.
