Ski-in, ski-out, exit from building onto beginner ski slope. Direct access to the Palafour chairlift/Tovière gondola lift (Val d'Isère and Tignes), open to pedestrians and mountain biking in summer. Shops and ESF nearby. WiFi, three large connected TVs, 200 channels. Completely renovated at the end of 2020.

MyTignesApartment is a 52 m2 luxury apartment in Tignes Le Lac with large south facing balcony, high spec, real home from home, bathroom with shower & large jacuzzi bath, kitchen with a double fridge, oven, microwave & dishwasher, master bedroom with kingsize bed and bunkbeds in hallway. All amenities at 2 minute and 3 ski lifts within a few minutes walk. Check in/out is from Sunday to Sunday in principal in winterseason and Saturday to Saturday in summer. Superb 30m2 studio, completely renovated, in the "Palafour", on the 9th floor with dedicated elevator to the 9th, 10th and 11th floors. Superb view of the TIgnes lake, Tovière and Grande-Motte glacier, with bay windows, south-facing terrace. Chardonnet, Palafour, Tovière ski lift, Espace Piou-Piou... at the foot of the residence. Direct access to shopping mall, equipment rental, shops, bars, pubs, restaurants. bakery, 2 supermarkets, ski school...etc... Everything is done on foot.
