Perfect location for visiting Rouen. Direct and quick access to the docks and the city center (less than 15 minutes). Bus (TEOR) 100 m from the accommodation, every 8 minutes to Rouen. Free parking spaces at the foot of the accommodation. This place isn't suitable for people with reduced mobility, the living rooms are upstairs. No smoking, except on the terrace. The most you can park in front of the building, no noise, quiet, and self check-in and check-out. The beautiful city of Rouen is very close by car or public transport. In addition, Maxime is outgoing and attentive to guests.

I rented this house so that my wife and her friends could have a great time and that was the case. The house was beautiful and faithful to the photos. Yann our host is very professional and was very responsive to the few questions we had. I rated the service 5 stars because it's worth it. The only small downside is the pool water is a little cool, which prevented my wife and her friends from swimming. Our host assured us that the pool settings were at a temperature of 27°C. I would not contradict him since no accessible device allowed to check the water temperature. I would therefore advise future guests to take a small thermometer to check if they have any doubts. Otherwise, I'll say it again, everything was perfect and very, very professional.

We had a lovely stay with the family at Isabelle's house. The house is welcoming, clean, well furnished and perfectly matches the listing. Everything is designed to make you feel good, both adults and children. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and precise, which made the organization very smooth. Isabelle was available and very responsive to each of our questions, which is really appreciated. We would recommend this rental without hesitation and would love to return on a future stay in the area.
