We had a very pleasant stay in Florence's apartment. The view is splendid and the terrace huge! The living room is very large and the apartment is very well arranged. Communication with Florence is perfect. She is a very responsive and friendly host. Marie Lise who welcomed us was also very friendly despite our many hours of delay, thank you for the kindness of her welcome. No complaints! No complaints, everything was perfect.

First choice location facing the sea. The duplex makes it possible to have a nice height with therefore a very nice view. Very convenient access thanks to the autonomy of the lockbox. The accommodation is very clean and well equipped.

I booked this apartment for my 80-year-old parents. Everything was perfect, the welcome and good humor of Myriam, the magnificent view from the large terrace, the nearby beach, the swimming pool, the walks either by the sea or in the center of Sète just 20 minutes' walk away and the shops of the corniche 5 minutes away. This is the second time we've come, and once again everything was perfect! The accommodation is still clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It feels like home. The host is very kind, very responsive and attentive to every detail to make the stay enjoyable. Location is great, everything is nearby. We would happily stay a third time!

Wow! The Host's Valerie and Christophe were fantastic. The location was the very greatest thing, Less than 5 mins walk to anything you desire, beach restraunts bars etc. Best location in Cap'De Agde

An idyllic stay by the sea! We had a great time at Philippe's apartment, ideally located on the seafront. The daily market, right at the foot of the accommodation, offers a nice selection of fresh local products: a real pleasure for cooking or simply enjoying. Many shops are also within walking distance, making everyday life very convenient. The beach is superb and perfect for long walks. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped, a real little slice of heaven for a relaxing vacation.

Great stay, a more than equipped apartment (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, air fryer, coffee machine, etc.). The explanations were super clear for accessing the accommodation.

We spent a weekend (2 nights) at Cristel's, from booking to checkout, everything went very well, excellent! The explanations were clear; I find it very convenient to be able to access a place independently. The accommodation is pleasant, bright, located in a secure residence, with a parking space. The beds were made, the apartment was very clean. And we were able to bring our dog, a big thank you for accepting pets ❤️ We'll go back if another opportunity arises. We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Everything was perfect and exactly as described in the listing. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Ms. Domique was incredibly helpful throughout my stay and assisted with everything I needed. Sabrina was also fantastic - she responded to all my questions very quickly and was very understanding and accommodating. The Host was professional, kind, and made me feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Lovely apartment, fab location, so close to beach as well as shops and restaurants. Loved the local wildlife. A beautiful sunrise every morning. Rene was responsive to all correspondence and Henri who welcomed us, was friendly and showed us everything we needed to know. Even with the language barrier, we had no problems at all. Would recommend this top floor apartment to everyone!!

We were greeted by Effee, she's adorable! Smiling, pleasant and warm. Very accommodating also on the arrival time. Sunset is worth a visit! The spa is the same! This is a 5-star listing. We will be back!
