Wood heating, refrigerator, stove and hot water are functional with propane gas and lights thanks to 12 volt batteries. Skiing, snowshoeing and walking are possible on this 270-acre land. Hiking trails within walking distance in both winter and summer. The Astrolab and Mont Mégantic trails are a 20-minute drive away. We are directly on the Route des Sommets, which is a must for cyclists. A perfect place to enjoy the calm of the region!

Access is the ideal place for multiple outdoor activities throughout the year. It's a bright, peaceful and warm chalet. The private Cartier beach is at your disposal and the public boat launch is just one block away from the cottage. The land is bordered by a wooded area, has a large lawn area to have fun during the day and watch the starry sky in the evening. The huge parking lot is ideal for your boat trailers, mountain bikes or others.
