Great apartment, great location, great host , great Everything is done in the apartment to be well, relax and be at home, see better! The apartment is nice for cleanliness and you will find everything you need! The kitchen is complete and abundant with different herbs, tea and coffee, in short, everything is there:))) We found our base from the ground. Rouen:))))

The apartment was perfectly placed for exploring Rouen - a 10-15 minute stroll to the centre. We were surprised by how peaceful it was, despite being in the city. The balcony was a perfect spot to sit and relax on a summer evening.

Superb accommodation especially with acceptance of a pet but difficult with an old dog (German pointer) because of the spiral staircase. Max and his wife are very nice people. I would recommend it.

I would recommend this place for a long stay. The proximity to the residents is very pleasant, all the staff of the residence go in 4 to bring you satisfaction. You have to live in this environment to bring joy, listening and sympathy and remember that you are not the "priority", you are welcomed with generosity! The residents' meeting is rewarding. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay easier and for giving me your attention.

El Beuf is not a city of action and excitement. It a city of diverse culture and deep history. Everything is within walking distance and the location provided a great cross breeze to keep me and my family cool inside the home. My host was responsive and even attempted to resolve my internet issues (as I work remotely). Although we did not get it fully resolved, it means a lot that my host made the attempt. The unit is at the center of town, so as a disclaimer: There are pigeons, but they won't bother you if you don't bother them 😁. I recommend this place with 5 stars, and would rent again.

Great location as it was not in a busy neighborhood but was still very close and walkable to the main areas of the city. Great sized kitchen for two people and worked well for a month. On colder days being able to run the heaters was nice and being able to open the windows on warmer days for a breeze. Overall, really enjoyed the space and the beds were extremely comfortable.

Our stay went very well at Patrick and Dalila's place. The apartment is very good for a short stay.

Pleasant welcome, we had all the information we needed for the accommodation. the residence is quiet and the pool is heated, a real treat.
