We rent a 45 m² apartment on the ground floor of our house with a lake view. It is fully independent, with parking and access to a double-fenced garden. Authentic Savoyard attic completely renovated at 1340 m altitude, next to the slopes of the Panthiaz, in the "Les Portes du Soleil" area. Full south, unique view of the valley and the "Dents du Midi". In heavy snow, we provide a snowmobile and/or SSV shuttle to the first car park accessible to cars (1.2 km). Return to the chalet with skis on, if possible.
