This unique, art-filled apartment is in a listed 1939 building by Mon Repos park, 2 min from metro & center. You’ll enjoy 100 m² of private space (5.5 rooms total, 135 m²). I usually live here but will be away: you will have full privacy. One bedroom stays closed for groups under 6 people. unless needed. If you needs more comfort in separate rooms (e.g. 2 guests in 2 beds, or 3 in 3), I’ll open it for CHF 40/night. All are welcome, wherever you’re from, whatever you believe, whoever you love.

Very bright dual-aspect apartment with 2 balconies. One faces south-east, overlooking a communal garden so it's quiet, ideal for a sunny breakfast and lunch. Spacious room with desk. The apartment is located in the city center so close to all amenities. 3 min walk to Place de la Riponne and its metro, Flon district. 20 min walk from the train station. Multiple bus stops around the apartment. Covered parking at Le Valentin is a 1-min walk away.

Nice 2.5 room apartment for 2 people maximum, in a small building with character, high ceilings, quiet. The apartment is located in a privileged area, and close to everything: Lausanne train station (1km), Bellerive beach (1km), Migros store (100m), Milan park and its botanical garden (100m). The apartment has a double bed, and a convertible sofa bed allowing sleeping 2 people separately. A private parking space ( max 4m long ) is available.

The entire place is available to the guest. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful place close to shops (Coop, Denner, Migros, etc.), restaurants and pharmacies, but also stops for public transport (metro and buses). I would like to point out that the accommodation does not have free parking. However, travelers in vehicles can park their cars in public parking lots. The blue spaces are free. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. 10mn walk from the Lake, 10mn walk from Philip Morris International, 14mn walk from IMD Business school, 15mn walk from train station, 20mn walk from the center, and 7mn by car to EPFL - University of Lausanne or 20 mn by bus. Home at the heart of Lausanne

Peaceful and centrally-located cosy place on the 3rd floor of a nicely renovated old building. 2 large rooms with double beds, one with a balcony, kitchen and bathroom. There is no specific living room but it’s possible to sit around the table in the kitchen and there is a large TV in one of the rooms. There is a small elevator in the building with 3-4 stairs to reach it.
