Stunning riverside house on the Dordogne.

We have a beautiful 300 year old French cottage nestling on the banks the Dordogne with the garden having direct access to the river. The house is close to the medieval town of Bergerac and the vineyards and wine routes of Bordeaux. This luxury cottage has been beautifully refurbished with 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 en suite), fabulous fully fitted kitchen with range cooker and utility room, dining room, sitting room and grounds of 6 acres including a massive heated pool (from May).

Charming suite between Périgord and Bordeaux

We invite you in our lovely suite in the south of France. Used before by our children we now would like to share it with new guests. You will have your own access to the house and can independently enjoy the garden, terrasse and our little pond during your stay. A shared Kitchen/fridge and private bathroom and will be available. 2 min (car) and 20 min (afoot) away from the city center/train station, the location is perfect for day trips in the Perigord or in Bordeaux's vineyard.

Beautiful individual villa that can accommodate up to 6 people, classified 3 stars. Breathtaking views of the vineyard and valley. La Sorgette 24 was entirely built by our hands. Our values, dear to us, respect for the environment through the use of second-hand items, which is why all the furniture has been bargain-hunted and refurbished. Fully air-conditioned accommodation. Small above-ground pool to cool off in the summer. Périgord Pourpre, very touristy region.
