She was a very friendly and responsive host, the house was worth the price since there were plenty of rooms for only the 6 of us, few of the bathroom doors can't be closed but they were clean and spacious, a big plus was how she helped us to check out late since we had a baby and elderly with us and we also had quite a late flight that day

Hang was great, something happen with our first place of theirs and they quickly got us a different spot nearby that was even bigger. Thank you!

Accommodated us very well and great location for a good price

A great place where each apartment is able to be secured, we rented all 4 apartments and bonus of having the pool on the rooftop. Amazing to have local Markets around the corner and plenty of restaurants. Shame our flight was delayed 6 hours so did not get to spend much time there.

I had a great stay at this place! The location is excellent — very convenient and close to many popular tourist spots, which made getting around really easy. The apartment was clean and looked exactly as described in the listing, which I really appreciated. A couple of things to note: the TV had some issues staying connected to the internet, which made it hard to use YouTube, and the blankets in each room were quite thin — they felt more like bed sheets than actual blankets. It would be great if thicker blankets were provided for more comfort. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would still recommend this place for anyone looking to explore the area!

Great accommodation, spacious. And the best part of it is definitely location! You are in the middle of everything while staying there. The host was very responsive and minor issues were solved immediately. There are all the touristic spots you can imagine - coffee shops, restaurants, big lake, water puppet show, massage parlours, hairdressers etc. The building itself is located in a cozy little alley. It's not perfectly quiet, but is away from main streets and heavy traffic. Recommended place, especially for a big group.

Pu House was a truly delightful stay! The location was fantastic, offering a wonderful blend of being tucked away in a charming local neighborhood while still being conveniently close to the bustling Old Quarter and other key attractions. It was easy to explore the city's vibrant streets, enjoy delicious street food, and soak in the authentic Hanoi atmosphere. The house itself was a lovely retreat. It was clean, comfortable, and had a unique character that made it feel like a home away from home. It was a peaceful space to return to after a day of exploring. Communication with the host was excellent. They were incredibly responsive, friendly, and provided helpful tips for navigating the city and recommending local gems. Lovely hidden gem in the old quarter of Hanoi! The place is cute, clean and peaceful. Communicating with the host was always easy and enjoyable. If I come back to Hanoi I’d definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay with Tea, she was so helpful with local gems including activities, sightseeing, food recommendations, and more. She was a great communicator and very responsive. If it’s your first time here I would absolutely recommend Tea and her place as she was so helpful.

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spacious, well-lit, and each had its own private bathroom – a huge plus. The place was impeccably clean and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly felt like home. The host was exceptionally responsive and readily assisted us with an emergency weather situation. We spent 5 days with our two daughters in Minh’s flat and really enjoyed it. The place is small but very charming and comfortable. The location is ideal: walkable from the touristy areas it is also remote from it, in a quiet and more local street. And to top it up Minh was very easy to communicate with and eager to help in any way she could. We would definitely recommend this place if you are visiting Hanoi.

Zeer meedenkende host. Deed er alles aan om ons verblijf comfortabel te maken. Had veel tips en trakteerde ons zelfs op een traditioneel gerecht tijdens het nieuwe jaar. Bovendien betaalde zij voor ons een deel van het ontbijt omdat de stroom was uitgevallen en wij daardoor zelf geen ontbijt konden maken. Kortom een fantastische host en een fijn verblijf.

Tuan was a wonderful host! The team was very responsive and gave local recommendations. They were also very accommodating. The location is prime in old quarters without being too noisy/close to bar street. It's across from a coffee shop which was a nice way to start the day. The place itself was charming and we felt cool even in June. Would definitely stay again!

Great place! Amazing location right in the heart of old quarter with multiple balconies and a small roof area. The host was very responsive and helpful to all our needs. The place was clean and nicely decorated. There are a lot of stairs which is something to keep in mind but overall we loved the place and would be happy to book again
