We are located 4 km from the Château de Chenonceau (15 min by bike from the house and 5 min by car). Beauval Zoo is 25 min away. Family park for young and old 15 min away. The residence dates from the 1930s, with an inner courtyard and two troglodyte cellars. The accommodation is on the 1st floor, duplex overlooking the courtyard, with its entrance and a parking option. There is a fully equipped kitchen, semi-open to the living room; a bedroom with good bedding; a second bedroom with two single beds; a laundry room with a washer-dryer and a bathroom with a large shower and double sink. Everything is provided for a good recovery.

Our troglodyte is located on the outskirts of Loches, with a great view of the castle, a private terrace, and a barbecue. This unusual, charming home can accommodate a couple and possibly two children. Very close to the city center (10 min walk), you can park your car in the small private parking lot and visit Loches, which was awarded 3 stars by the Guide Vert in 2026. You can also discover magnificent sites: Amboise, Chenonceaux, Beauval Zoo, Montrésor...
